Whats Included
- Accommodation at San Agustin Recoleta Urubamba Hotel in Sacred Valley, Hotel Casa Andina Machupicchu in Aguas Calientes and San Agustin Dorado in Cusco.
- Meals (6 breakfasts, 7 lunches, and 6 dinners, extra lunch boxes whenever its needed according hiking mountains).
- All transportation: bus transport from the airport to the hotel and all group transfers to sacred sites over the 7 days. Panoramic train transportation and other complementary tours.
- Entrance to all proposed sites in the program, including Machu Picchu Sanctuary, Inca ruins of Pisaq and Ollantaytambo, visit to the city of Imperial Cusco, Humantay Lagoon hike, and Rainbow Mountain hike.
- Inca Medicine Ceremonies (Andes) by the Chura and Apaza healer families from the Q’eros community, with their guidance throughout the journey.

PAYMENT TERMS
Payment of the trip:
Payment must be made at the time of registration to guarantee your reservation.
Proof of payment must be sent by email (martalimadafonseca@gmail.com) to confirm and secure your booking.
If necessary, you can pay in two installments.
The first installment is €945 and the second is €1055, to be paid till September 5th.
Flight ticket
Once you have purchased your flight to Peru, you must send your flight details. Upon registration, please send a copy of your passport, specifically the page with your personal details and photograph (for the purchase of tickets to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary).
Withdrawals / Cancellations:
In the event of a cancellation, the participant will have to pay a percentage of between 40% and 100%, depending on the time of the cancellation and the charges incurred.
Please note that in order to protect yourself against penalties, you can purchase additional travel insurance tailored to your needs.

IMPORTANT NOTE
On the days before and after the start of the tour, October 27 (12:00 pm) – November 2 (5:00 pm), accommodation and meals are the responsibility of the participants.
They must arrive in Cusco by October 27 at 12h00.
There is an airport transfer ready for everyone that day to the hotel in the Sacred Valley. If you prefer to add Lima-Cusco-Lima flight tickets, we can offer you the best price on Peruvian national airlines.

On November 2, if you prefer to stay another night in Cusco and want to, we can help you book the same hotel at the best confidential group rate.
